We are thrilled to spearhead the planning, design, development, and construction of a state-of-the-art distribution warehouse and office facility spanning across 3 acres, with a project value exceeding $20 million.
Situated at 3387 McCallum Road, Abbotsford, BC, our project focuses on delivering a purpose-built facility tailored to the specific needs of our esteemed organization KASA. With approximately 35,000 square feet of warehouse space, this endeavor requires meticulous planning and execution to ensure the seamless integration of operational functionalities.
Our construction process prioritizes efficiency and functionality, with careful attention to detail aimed at creating a space that not only meets but exceeds client expectations. This project presents unique challenges, including navigating BC Hydro right-of-way for power lines and poles, Telus Tower, wetland environmental protection zones, railway tracks, and other onsite obstacles.
